MENU OF SERVICES
At Funktional Fitness, our goal is to help strengthen and align your body so that injuries are prevented and results are achieved using different types of equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, cables, boxes, balance devices, your bodyweight and more. You will learn new fun ways of burning more calories and building more lean body mass in half the time it would take you in a regular gym. Nutrition education is provided to help meet your daily nutritional guidelines, depending upon your goals. We are partnered with a nutrition coach that can provide specific recommendations for your personal needs.
Our Funktional Individual Training program include many options that are adaptable to your commitment, budget, and availability. These 50 minute personal training sesssions will be sure to increase your heart rate and lean body mass in a safe, fun environment where the focus is all about YOU!
A great way to motivate yourself and to save some money by working out with a relative or friend. These 50 minute personal training sessions include nutrition guidiance and calorie burning workouts that will help you and your partner get in the best shape of your life.
If you enjoy being pushed by a trainer and your fellow peers, small group training is the way to go. Small group training has many of the same one on one benefits, but you get to enjoy the camaraderie of your fellow team members as you push yourself to finish these fun, goal attaining 50 minute personal training sessions. The groups never get too big (3-5 people per group) so the sessions remain personable and a whole lot of fun, while you get held accountable by your Fitness Coach and the other group members!

Our Small Group Training is also an excellent way to train pre, post, and in-season athletes of all ages trying to increase their overall performance while increasing their awareness and knowledge for nutrition. Power YogaPower Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility and strength while also improving and balancing your energy. Your caring instructor will guide you through the postures gradually, at a comfortable, yet challenging pace. Beginner through advanced instruction available. Sarah will make sure you've burned plenty of calories and enjoyed a thorough sweaty workout! Single visits and monthly packages are available but you're first time is always complimentary! Strength & Conditioning for Young Athletes Our Strength & Conditioning Program for Athletes offers an innovative approach to trainingworking on a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on each athlete's individual goals. Athletes are closely supervised as the coach takes them through an intense 50 minute in-season to 90 minute off-season session where attention is always paid to proper technique and safety.
