"It’s not easy living a healthy lifestyle; I know this firsthand. It is a lifelong commitment. I grew up playing sports and being active. It wasn’t until my own health began to deteriorate after college that I realized I needed to get serious about getting and keeping in shape. By gradually adding fitness and nutrition back into my life, I began to feel better mentally and physically. Shortly after this I realized my passion and zest for life, and that is to share what I have lived and learned, to help others become successful in their own journey to health and wellness."
You name it; Paige does it! Running, biking, hiking, swimming, climbing, volleyball, soccer, and even RUGBY! She never wants to lose interest or get bored so she loves switching it up. Choosing what you LIKE to do, and HOW you do it is important; she will assist you in that critical part of getting fit, which will help you stay with it. Paige will focus on teaching you to execute proper form and doing what makes you feel good.
